Hi! I'm Laura, a Sport Psychologist based in Battle, East Sussex and providing online support UK wide. Working with athletes of all levels (elite to recreational) I help my clients to overcome their mental challenges and perform at their best. Many struggle with nerves or overthinking, perhaps not knowing if or how they could improve this. Often they have never worked with a sport psychologist before and may feel apprehensive about reaching out. If this is you, please don't worry! What Athlete Level and Sports does Laura work with?
I support athletes of all levels, from elite through to recreational, working alongside my clients to overcome their mindset challenges and help them move towards their performance goals. Online sport psychology sessions enable me to work with you wherever you are based. I have experience across a wide range of sports including (but not limited to); golf, running, ultra-running, snooker, darts, swimming, football, cricket and karting. Many of my clients have never worked with a sport psychologist before, and I completely understands that taking the decision to reach out can feel a little daunting!
